Who we are

Noon is a mobile app for browsing menus and ordering prepared meals for pickup or delivery. This app is operated by NOONDROP LLC, a limited liability company registered in Virginia, United States (“we”, “us”, “our”). Our website is noon-drop.com.

Information we collect

• Account information — email address, password (stored securely by our auth provider), and name when you create an account or update your profile.
• Order information — items ordered, pickup location, delivery address, order status, and special instructions.
• Payment information — card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers.
• Delivery addresses — addresses you save in the app for delivery orders.
• Location — if you use driver features, we may access device location while you complete an active delivery so customers can track progress.
• Device / push token — if you enable notifications, we store a device token to send order and menu updates (when that feature is enabled).

How we use information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account
• Process and fulfill orders
• Process payments through Stripe
• Provide delivery tracking and driver tools
• Send service-related notifications (when enabled)
• Improve and support the app

Service providers

We use trusted third parties to run the app, including:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and backend services
• Stripe — payment processing
• Google Maps — maps and location display (where used)
• Firebase Cloud Messaging — push notifications (when enabled)

These providers process data on our behalf according to their own privacy policies and our agreements with them.

Retention

We keep account and order information for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal, tax, and operational requirements. You may request account deletion by contacting us (see Contact below).

Your choices

• Update profile information in the app
• Disable notifications in your device or app settings
• Request account deletion by using Profile → Delete account in the Noon app, or by emailing support@noon-drop.com

Children

Noon is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date.
